How would you like to get those “new” notifications without having to refresh your page every 30 seconds while you wait? huzzah! With a little help from Firefox and Greasemonkey you can have them pop up on their own with having to move your mouse. OH! and….. bulletins auto update too, wow.

these show up automagically ↓ ↓
new notifications cause joyboners

the page title even updates to tell you what you got waiting.. like woah.
yeah, like woah

Ready to install it huh? First things first:

1.

2. Download & Install the Greasemonkey Extension (found here)

3. Restart Firefox and navigate to this gnarly script. (script found here)

4. Click that install button like you’ve never clicked anything before.

5. Wait for someone to spark something “new”. (or you can just message yourself in a new tab)

that’s it dude.

  4. ok for some reason when I installed this it made my online now show, I had it hidden and now it shows. How do i unistall this does anybody knows? i tried disabling it but the online now it still shows and the monkey its still on the bottom right of my window so I guess the scripst re still there. I want to get rid of it how do i do it?

  5. It has stopped working, I’m guessing MySpace changed their codes again.

    @Lol,
    It would be impossible for this script to make your online now show. If you want uninstall it right click on the monkey, manage user scripts, uninstall the script. To make your online now be hidden again, you have to go into your MySpace account settings, and disable it in there.

    Peace,
    Rusty O.
