How do I post an image?

The image code itself looks like this:

<img src="http://url.to/picture.gif" />

Replace the red to the url of your picture.

but how do i get a “url” to my picture?
you have to upload your picture to the web somewhere.

where do i upload it?
there are plenty of free image hosts, here’s a few:

- imageshack

- photobucket

all the links above will provide you with the code to post your picture in comments, groups, forums, ect..

yeah i know technically to be valid html you need an “alt” attribute..
