I received permission to post these scripts, YOU DO NOT! THAT MEANS.. YO DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO EDIT THESE SCRIPTS AND CLAIM THE EDITED VERSION AS YOUR OWN BY POSTING “YOUR” VERSION PUBLICLY, OR USE ANY GRAPHICS ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR HOMEPAGE! STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! (and yes.. i check userscripts.org)
These are style scripts you can install to change the look of your
Myspace homepage, but you need a few things before you can rock one of
these “skins”:
1.
2. Install the GreaseMonkey extension (get it here)
3. Close Firefox & Re-open it. (you might wanna bookmark this page)
4. Choose one of the themes below:
to uninstall or change one of these scripts:
>>right click the monkey icon (bottom right corner in firefox)
>>click “manage user scripts”
>>highlight the theme you no longer want
>>click uninstall
>>install the new one!
I have removed the download links because the old homepage design is no longer being used on myspace.. If you still have the “old” homepage and would like to use one of these layouts below, leave a comment :) if enough people want them back, i’ll repost the links!

Hey thanxxxx my homepage is awesomeee now! I didn’t even know you could do such things! Thanx ur webiste is awesome!!! AND PEOPLE WITH THE PROBLEM OF THE INSTALL BUTTON NOT WORKING…PRESS REFRESH AND A BOX WILL POP UP THAT SAYS DO U WISH TO INSTALL…WORKS PERFECTLY
THE SAME EXACT THING IS HAPPENING TO ME AS *DARK*STARR*. 0NlY THING IS IT STIll ISN’T W0RKING.WHAT AM I D0ING WR0NG?
I tried downloading one of the homepage layouts. When I click run it says error!!!
Here’s what I do to install the layout. Click “Install This Homepage!” then on the next page click “Install” on the little pop up at the top. If nothing happens then click back on your browser, then click forward again. A script installation box should pop up. Click install and you got it. FYI - make sure you have Fire Fox and GreaseMonkey installed as mentioned in the beginning of this page.
i was asking can u make me a bmc layout
Okay, so this is pretty fuckin awesome everyone.
if you follow it step by step it should turn out.
but when u first do it and you come to a page that looks like a layout.
all you have to do is click refresh and mozilla will ask u if u want to install the thingy.
if you didn’t notice when you were on the layout page the install button won’t work at the top.
but when you click refresh it will do it for you.
and that’s all you ahve to do.
then you type in myspace at the top and sign in and your homepage will be the layout you chose.
it’s pretty awesome you guys.
i love this site.
i’m gunna maark it as one of my favorites and check up for new stuff!!!
I did what Tyler said and it worked. Thanks! :)

what do you copy and paste
i really whant to get one
but i dont know how to do it
Hey I was wondering will this code work on internet explorer?
is there anyway to COMPLETELY redesign a myspace? making it, virtually, look like a complete custom page?
hey how can i do this i dnt understand
if refreshing it doesnt work, hit back then go forward :]
There is a slight problem with the code now since MySpace has rewritten it. The signout link, which was originally Classifieds, doesn’t work. I’m a very big newbie with coding this type of stuff but I’ve found 2 solutions, both of which will edit the following code at the bottom of the scrpits:
html = document.body.innerHTML.replace(/classifieds.myspace.*Classifieds/, ‘viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=signout”>Signout’);
document.body.innerHTML = html;
Solution 1:
html = document.body.innerHTML.replace(/profile.myspace.*Classifieds/, ‘collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=signout”>Signout’);
document.body.innerHTML = html;
- This option will leave ONLY the Home link and Signout link on the navbar
Solution 2:
html = document.body.innerHTML.replace(/home.myspace.*Home/, ‘collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=signout”>Signout’);
document.body.innerHTML = html;
- This option will replace the Home link on the navbar and make it into the Signout link.
I know there is a better solution out there, but knowing as little as I do about this stuff, I got something to work. Please, let me know of a better way if you know one. Thanks
Ignore my last comment. MySpace has changed their code, once again, and it works now.
Hey i,ve been trying to make a different myspace like you, but this is what i came up with, its not hard to do this tho, and its not really what i wanted ,This site however has some cool resources. hopefully i can make a better one soon…
Do these code not work anymore? I have greasemonkey and I have installed them they are just not working..?
Nevermind. I got it to work, but they don’t work right with the new home skin.
i instailed the firefox but i just dont understand i picked my layout homepage && it saved to my desktop bbut the thing didnt say to instail to myspace..im just confused,help!
You need Firefox since IE doesn’t support add-ons.
Ok, so myspace released custom homepages and now the custom myspace pages dont work.. atleast mines not working anymore. Is there gonna be a work around to get it to work?
I swore I posted a comment here a few weeks ago. Did y’all delete it? lol =; Sup with getting this updated? Now that myspace has their own custom themes, they changed some stuff around and these themes don’t work.
I have it installed, but i dont know how to make it work from here.
i dont get why u need to pick a layout at first or y u need the layout code…..also my myspace page layout doesnt extend throughout the whole page..only like the mid section..thx for help
