**if you’re having problems with the logo from my custom hompages showing up instead of the comments, make sure you install this script AFTER a custom homepage script.

v.05 notes & updates: (UPDATED 9/10/07)
- myspace changed an element id that was being used to grab the friend id, which caused the.. yeah it didn’t work, but i fixed it, again!
- also fixed the height issue.

v.04 notes & updates:
- myspace changed an element id that was being used to grab the friend id, which caused the.. yeah it didn’t work, but i fixed it.
- they also changed some coding that caused the script to only grab like 25 comments instead of all of them :/ fixed!

v.03 notes & updates:
- myspace fixed this one too… blah!
- pretty much the same as v.02 but this one works!

v.02 notes & updates:
- this version is dead thanks to myspace fixing things.
- now works with private profiles!
- doesn’t effect profile views!
- this script is using a hidden comments page, and will most likely be fixed by myspace soon.. so i have no idea how long this will work. if it does stop working please install v.01 again. remember, v.01 does NOT work with provate profiles.

v.01 notes & updates:
- added option to open links in new or same window/tab (new by default)
- added option to keep or remove the cool new people & featured profile.
- added option for “Edit Comments” link underneath comments.
- this script loads your comments by viewing your profile everytime your homepage is refreshed. so your views ARE gonna go up by 1 on every refresh.

  8. ROCK ON!
    WORKS GREAT!

  9. it’s great. now if there was an automatic refresh along with the comments, that would be great.

  10. jeffrey:
yeah i thought about that, but i don’t know ajax at all. and there’s a few problems if i used javascript to refresh the page.

    1. you could be in the middle of reading a comment or scrolling down and BAM! it would refresh on you..
    2. when you refresh the script (homepage) it views your profile to grab the comments, knocking your page views up one everytime. if it auto refreshed, your page views would be outragous within a week!

  11. Drew:if all men did as I told them–that would be soo weird!
